An Impact Fund for South Australia

In 2020, IINSA established a working group to begin exploring what a uniquely South Australian impact investment fund would look like and the conditions that would need to be in place for it to succeed.

With the support of the office of the Chief Entrepreneur, the working group have appraised the impact investing landscape here in South Australia and more widely, undertaken wide-ranging consultation, and received advice from existing impact funds to inform a business case.

This pitch deck outlines that journey to date, from the justification and evidence for the value of establishing an impact fund for South Australia, to key elements of the fund itself – including a financial model, and maps out the next stages of implementation.
